The German Law and Legislation are completely different for various forms of candidates: The law permits extremely practiced staff to remain in the Federal Republic of Germany for an extended time, or for good, whereas low-skilled staff is employed seasonally or for a brief term. For low and middle-skilled staff, the document needed is Temporary Residence allow, that may be issued for one or two years, with the extension chance.

The conditions are: to prove that their job was approved by the Federal Employment Agency, to prove that they have paid the necessary taxes, and German Language proficiency, or advanced German Language. According to the Family Integration law, If someone has a permanent residence permit, it is allowed to invite their family in the country.
