1) Customer Care Executive (CCE).
2) Business Development Executive (BDE).
3) Customer Support and Service.
4) Technical Support (Voice) to join our Team based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment. (6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to 6 am).
Qualification: Graduates in any subject – with fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi. (Candidates pursuing regular courses need not apply).
- Provide a high-quality phone and customer service support for end-user customers.
- Should know how to excel and exceed customers expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations.
