4) Technical Support (Voice) to join our Team based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
* Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment. (6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to 6 am).
Qualification: Graduates in any subject – with fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi. (Candidates pursuing regular courses need not to apply).
* Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customers.
* Should know how to excel and exceed customers expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations.
