Customer Care Executive / Business Development Executive / Technical Support - German Language

Thakur International seeks experienced – German Language – Customer Care Executive (CCE), Business Development Executive (BDE), Customer Support, Customer Care, Customer Service/ Technical Support (Voice) to join our Team based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Pre- Requisites:

* Must have excellent communication/ interpersonal (verbal & written) skills in German language.
* Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment.

Qualification: Graduates ( Candidates pursuing regular courses need not to apply). C1 level of German language expertise.
Job Role:
* Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customers.
* Should know how to excel and exceed customers expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations.

Salaries and bonus as per company rule.
