Thakur International is looking for few Personal Assistants to support e-commercial ayurvedic business. You will be super bright, innovative, hands on, efficient and team working. Job Description:
A Virtual Assistant to help to manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails, sales from e-commercial website, and help me stay on top of all of client’s obligations.

Your responsibilities:
– Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
– Research using the Internet or other information databases
– Inbound and Outbound calls to clients, publishers or others
– Sales, coordination and management
– Email management
– Other miscellaneous tasks that would be assigned as per requirements

  • Self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, and assertive team player willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive
  • Excellent time management, organisational, coordination, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with little supervision
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and set appropriate trace systems to track projects and work
  • Able to complete assignments on time, or advises in advance of any delays
  • Able to effectively deal with customers, sales and associated products
  • Able to access and accurately input information using computer word-processing, database and/or spreadsheet programs, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/MA in English
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good typing skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and sales management
  • High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.
